Unless otherwise advised by you, our customer, we will deliver your Product/s to the delivery address indicated on your tax invoice. If no-one is available to take delivery of your product/s, our carrier may leave a card requesting you to contact them to arrange re-delivery or pick up from their nearest location.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver your Product/s to you within 5 working days of the date of receiving payment. However given some delivery regions we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.
“Get Your Name” will accept Product returns and provide you with a credit, refund or repair where;
- The product is deemed faulty, or
- The product does not match the sample or our description
- The incorrect product was received
- The name on the product does not match the name on the original order form.
Change of mind returns
As most of our products are Custom made for our customers requirements we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind.
“Get Your Name reserves the right to assess the condition and age of any returned goods prior to offering repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused. Refunds will generally be issued using your original payment method.
